We are a renewable energy manufacturer, providing the waste plastic pyrolysis plant. The plant makes fully use of the waste plastic, waste tire, and waste rubber to produce fuel oil, carbon black, and exhaust gas, the working process of waste plastic recycling machine as follows:
1. we should put the raw material into reactor door, seal the feed inlet system.
2.Reactor will be slowly heated. When the temperature reaches around 160℃, oil gas can come out.
3. Then oil gas will go to the cooling system to get liquid and Waste gas will be processed in the emissions scrubber.
4. Oil gas will go to cooling system to be cooled into liquid oil by the water cooling.
5. After oil comes out fully, the temperature of reactor will go down, meanwhile, carbon black will be discharged automatically.
The features of waste plastic pyrolysis equipment:
1.Advanced heating system, combined hot smoke heating and fire directly heating to increase heating efficiency to 20% and save energy to15-20%
2.The exhaust gas will be directly recycled for heating reactor, so there is no pollution to the environment
3.With auto welding machine for tire oil machinery, it can not only greatly improve working efficiency but also guarantee the welding quality
4.It is dangerous to burn exhaust gas (C1 to C4) without any safety measures. but our special design is hydro seal and gas gun, which is not only guarantee the safety but also can save the fuel
