What is the biomass carbonization technology?
Biomass carbonization is a waste treatment technology that used biomass as raw material, by the process of “high temperature pyrolysis gas volatile, sulfur emission, carbon enrichment”. And we can get these final products, they are biomass charcoal, tar and wood vinegar.

Differences Between the Equipment with Gasifier and without Gasifier:
Biomass carbonization plant is equipped with the gasifier does not need the extra heat source, because the gasifier can provide the heat source.It means that at the first beginning, the gasifier can produce the combustible gas, then the combustible gas is transported to heat the carbonization machine. When the combustible gas produced inside the carbonization can reach self-sufficient, then the gasifier can be closed.
During the whlole process, the fuel oil and coal are not used as the fuel, which can save a lot of energy cost for the customer and reduce the investment cost to a large extent.
