To meet diferent customers’ demands, we offer six types of pyrolysis equipment, they are BLJ-06, BLJ-10, BLL-16, BLL-30, BLL-40 and BLL-50. Both BLJ-06 and BLJ-10 are batch operating systems; Only BLL-16 is semi-continuous system; While BLL-30, BLL-40 and BLL-50 are fully continuous systems. So you can choose the right machine according to your actual demand. There are some differences between batch type and continuous type:
Firstly, for the continuous type, the feeding of raw materials and discharging of slag are both automatic, while for the batching type, these two processes are manual.
Secondly, the continuous type is equipped with an automatic plastic shredder. If plastics waste has high water content, a dryer is also needed. While the batching system doesn’t need this device.
Thirdly, the continuous system can operate for some time without a stop. While for the batching system, the reactor must be cooled before the second batch.

Finally, we can get some final products, and they all have a wide range of applications. For example, plastic pyrolysis oil can be widely used as fuel oil in industries such as steel and iron and boiler factories, ceramics, power or chemical industries or hotels, restaurants etc, or used for generators to get electricity. If further refined plastic oil to diesel, it can be directly used in low speed engines and generators. The carbon black not only can be further processed into industrial carbon black, but also can be used for making construction bricks with clay or used as fuel. Even the combustible gas generated in the process can be recycled to heat the reactor as fuel, which will save a lot of energy for the whole pyrolysis process.
