If you want to take the price, cost and quality into account, then Beston pyrolysis plant is a good choice. The plastic to oil process can be described as follows:

Firstly, the continuous pyrolysis plant needs pre-treatment devices. Before putting plastics into its reactor, it needs a plastic shredder to cut the plastics into small pieces. If the water percentage of plastic is more than 15%, a dryer is also needed. While the batch pyrolysis plant doesn’t need pre-treatment devices and the plastics can be put into the reactor directly.

Secondly, for the continuous plant, the feeding of plastics and discharging of carbon black are both automatic. While for the batch pyrolysis plant, the feeding process is manual.

Thirdly, the continuous plant can work 3-4 shifts per day, and its reactor just needs 1 hour to cool down before starting the second batch. While the batch pyrolysis plant works 1 shift per day and its reactor needs 3-4 hours to cool down before the second batch.

When the whole plastic to oil process is completed, we could get these by-products, like fuel oil and carbon black from waste plastic. And these by-products have a wide range of uses.

1. The pyrolysis oil from plastic waste can be widely used as fuel oil in industries such as steel and iron and boiler factories, ceramics, power or chemical industries etc. And it can be also used for generators to get electricity.

2. The carbon black can be used for making construction bricks with clay, also can be used as fuel.

Output Rate of General Plastics:

(1)Polyvinyl chloride PVC, polyethylene: PE (such as films, bottles, electrical insulating materials, handbags, pipes, drums, bottles / calcium bottles, daily necessities, etc.) pure plastic has oil yield is about 95%.

(2)Polypropylene: PP (such as films, plastic rope, tableware, pots, barrels, furniture, bags, caps, car bumpers, etc.) of pure oil yield 90%.

(3)PS (such as electrical appliances, stationery, cups, food containers, appliance housings, electrical fittings, foam products, toys, etc.) of pure oil yield at 90%.

(4)ABS plastic: 40%.

(5)Pure white plastic sheeting: about 70%.
