Pyrolysis is a process using hydrous pyrolysis for the reduction of complex organic materials into light crude oil. It mimics the natural geological processes thought to be involved in the production of fossil fuels.
The working process of plastic pyrolysis plant as follows: firstly, put the raw material into the furnace, seal the feed inlet. The waste raw material in the reactor will be heated slowly. The oil steam will be produced when the temperature reach 180°C-400°C. And then the oil steam will be separate to light component and heavy component by separate device. The light component will enter into the condenser and meanwhile the residues will be discharged automatically in succession. After being cooled, the liquefied part will be crude oil, and the waste gas will return to heating supply system to be burned.
Features of Plastic Recycling To Oil Plant:
1. In the dedusting system, three steps are used to dedust the hot smoke from reactor, which ensures the released gas is pollution free.
2. Negative pressure device will remove water steam during heating waste plastic and tires, reduce and form negative pressure, so it is more safe during operation.
3. Advanced heating system and fire directly heating to increase heating efficiency to 20% and save energy to 15-20%.
4. Totally sealed reacting system and extra gas purification system remove chemical and impurity, so workers will have a better circumstance during work hours.
