We have various of types of waste tire to energy, such as BLJ-6, BLJ-10, BLL-16, BLL-20, the main raw materials of all pyrolysis plant are waste tyre, plastic and waste medical, the final products we get are fuel oil, carbon black and steel wires, and the working process of pyrolysis machine is the same, first of all, we should put the raw material into reactor door, seal the feed inlet system, then the reactor will slowly be heated, when the temperature reaches around 250 °C, oil gas will be seen. Thirdly, oil gas will go to cooling system to be cooled into liquid by the water cooling. After oil comes out fully, the temperature of reactor will go down, meanwhile, carbon black will be discharged automatically.
