Plastic Oil Distillation Process
As a professional waste oil distillation machine manufacturer, we mainly have six models. Both BZJ-06 and BZJ-10 are batch operating plants, while BZL-25, BZL-50 and BZL-100 are auto continuous operating plants. Their capacities range from 6 MT to 100 MT per day. And the whole plastic oil distillation process can be described as follows.
First of all, put the plastic oil in the distillation equipment for further process;
Secondly, heat the plastic oil in non-oxygen environment, which will start to boil and evaporate;
Thirdly, put those vapors through a cooling pipe and the vapors will be condensed to liquid and some of the vapors with shorter hydrocarbon lengths will remain as a gas;
Fourthly, the exit of the cooling pipe is then going through a bubbler containing water to capture the last liquid forms of fuel and leave only gas that is then burned;
Finally, this kind of oil will be piped into deep purifying system with acidity and alkaline cleaning device as well as pressure filtering system. And then, we can get qualified diesel fuel.
The diesel oil obtained can be widely used in more kinds of diesel engines and will produce less smoke and less noise than regular diesel fuel. In addition to producing products that have high economic values, our plants also have the features of safe, energy saving and environment friendly.
